Greg Lentsch
Greg has worked for more than 25 years in the food & beverage industry and held various positions from start-ups to contract food service operations at Genesis Healthcare and Compass Group. Former positions held at McCormick Spice Co, Dave & Busters, Suncadia Resort, and Ted's Montana Grill. My last job before going out on my own was as Senior Director of of Operations at Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya.
After working in hospitality for many years around the United States and the world Greg wants to share his knowledge to help others grow and become more successful. In his free time he enjoys flying and the outdoors.

Meet your personal chef! With over 7 years of culinary experience and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management, I’m passionate about creating delicious, high-quality dishes that bring joy to your palate and ease to your busy life. Whether it’s a cozy dinner or a special gathering, I love bringing joy to my clients through tasty, thoughtfully prepared dishes.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me painting, enjoying live music, or exploring nature’s wonders on a new adventure. Let’s work together to make your next meal easy and unforgettable!

Jax Scheurer
With over 20 years in the service industry, Chef Jax found her true calling in private chefing after cooking for a celebrity client in Los Angeles and never looked back. Now part of the Lentsch Culinary Services team in Seattle, she brings bold flavors, creative flair, and serious heart to every meal.
Jax specializes in Southeast Asian, Mexican, Italian, French, and Mediterranean cuisines, and is passionate about crafting dishes for clients with dietary restrictions and allergies. Whether she's plating for a dinner party or prepping weekday meals, she puts the same care and precision into every dish.
She’s here to make healthy, delicious food that brings people together one bite at a time.

Mint has worked for more than 18 years in finance and public accounting and held various positions from start-ups to multinational companies like Microsoft, PwC, Philips, and Boeing

Moowan has over 25 years in the interior design industry at ONYX Hospitality Group, Amari Hotels & Resorts, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts and DWP.
Recent projects include large commercial real estate renovations in Thailand
